The "Winamp" music player, popular in the 1990s and early 2000s, is back in a new version.
The update is said to be available in "beta" version. The developers have added Windows 11 compatibility, support for ".itz", ".mdz", ".s3z" and ".xmz" audio files, and a section for podcasts and streaming to the media player. The authors of the update also fixed some bugs.
The new version of the legendary player among Internet users removed support for "Windows XP" and "Vista".
You must have an operating system newer than "Windows 7" or "Microsoft" to install and run "Winamp".
